Shipping Info: Important: Bandcamp does not currently use IOSS for prepaid VAT import fees. This means that customers in the EU may be charged VAT + a handling charge on orders for physical items ordered here. Typical costs are: you country's VAT rate + €6 clearance by the mail company. In some cases you may be lucky and get no additional charges at all.

We ship all orders the day or day after they are received. We only use Royal Mail first class or air mail internationally. There is no tracking service as standard. Delivery times vary to different places, UK is usually next day after posting. When postal systems are functioning correctly it is usually within a week to 10 working days worldwide. Overcharges on multiple item orders can be refunded if required.
Return Policy: All Cosmic Egg CDR releases are in-house duplicated and assembled by hand. Should you have any problems with a disc, a replacement can be supplied free with an additional order. Please enquire if you wish to return an item or have received the wrong item. We don't accept returns because you didn't like what you've bought, as you have ample opportunity to listen 3 times on Bandcamp before you decide to buy.
